Our Team

THOMAS “TOM” JUSTICE

1952-1956:   U.S. Navy as Aviation Structural Technician

1957-1961:   Employed at State Road Body & Fender Repair

1961-1963:  Managed new collision repair shop, Valley Paint & Body in Hartwell neighborhood of Cincinnati for absentee owner; bought the business in 1963 and became Valley Paint & Body, Inc.

1969:  Grew towards specializing in Mercedes Benz automobiles due to discriminating customers demand for quality repairs demonstrated by Valley Paint & Body, Inc.

1974:  Moved the physical location to Amelia, Ohio due to loosing lease on building in Hartwell.   Building has grown from a 3 bay facility in 1974 to nearly 12,000 square footage including 18 repair stalls and a 2,700 square feet of office space, showroom and estimating bay that exists today.

2000-Present: Partnered with Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati to become their adopted Advanced Certified Collision Repair Facility.  This included investing in equipment and facilities upgrade to accommodate a separate dedicated repair area for performing aluminum repairs in the CL215 Mercedes model.

2005-Present:  Partnered with Mercedes Benz of West Chester to own/operate their on-site Collision Center.  This facility became MBUSA Certified in spring of 2006.

Tom Justice has served as ASC Ohio Treasurer, Collision Division Chairman, Vice President and Delegate to Region 3.   When I-CAR came to Ohio in 1980, Justice became first Ohio I-CAR treasurer and assisted in plastic repair training.  In the past, Tom has been a panel member/speaker at NACE (International Autobody Congress & Exposition).  He promotes I-CAR training, and ASE Certification is mandatory at Valley Paint & Body. 

The company pays all training and certification fees related to technicians/employees’ careers.
