Our Obligation: Is to you, our customer only. Your insurance company is obligated to you to indemnify you per your insurance policy and Ohio Law. If you are a claimant (someone else was at fault), the person at fault is obligated to fully reimburse all of the costs associated with restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition according to law. The 'at-fault party's' insurance company typically acts on the 'at-fault party's' behalf to cover the cost of repairing the damage their insured caused to your property - your car. As a courtesy to you, our customer, we make every effort to assist you in having your insurance claim experience be as painless as possible.
