Insurance Companies and Claims
It’s YOUR CAR – you are “THE BOSS”. Ohio Law clearly states that it is the consumer’s choice where to have their damaged vehicle repaired. Your car belongs to you and it is your exclusive right to choose the auto body shop that will repair your car. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop for collision repairs, nor can they require you to get an ‘estimate’ from any particular shop. If you choose our collision center to repair your vehicle (and we hope you do), your insurance company owes you reimbursement for the full cost of repairs (less your deductible, if applicable). You do not have to get more than one estimate – that’s the law!
A Note to our Valued Customer:
Claims are handled differently by various insurance companies. Some claims adjusters do not want to pay for our auto body shop’s level of service and accurate restoration. They will probably tell you they can’t guarantee our work and that we are hard to deal with. If standing up for our customers and demanding to be paid fairly means that we are hard to deal with, so be it. Our customers trust us and we honor that trust. Don’t be steered away from a top quality auto body repair.
